Notes: It is not known which of both source 2 or 3 is the left or center angle. It's also possible that a 2 cam mix has been created.

Show Notes:
- Chali 2na joined Linkin Park on 'Frgt/10', which was the first and only live performance of that song ever.
- Jay-Z also joined the band to perform on the last six tracks, which was only the 3rd time he has done that.
- This was a show the band created for Music For Relief and was aimed towards getting aid for Asia, which had recently suffered from a devastating tsunami. A good number of other bands, including No Doubt and Jurassic 5, participated in the event.
- A short new guitar intro to 'Numb/Encore' was performed by Brad.
- The intro to 'Dirt Off Your Shoulders/Lying From You' was different than the version on the Collision Course DVD. The band did the intro, then stopped for about 30 seconds for Jay-Z to come out, and then continued the song. On the DVD, he had just come out with no pause in the actual song.
- Mike played a short piece on keyboard as an outro to 'FRGT/10' that blended into the 'Breaking The Habit' intro.
- The intro Linkin Park used for it's summer/fall international 2003 shows, as well as KROQ 2003, was used for this show before 'Don't Stay'.

Other Notes:
- Clips of a cell phone recording exist by JonandBT from LPFuse.
- LPFuse.co.uk released a 2 cam video mix of 'FRGT/10' in good quality.
